What if I just want to send a one-time survey?

You can buy any plan for just one month and then cancel the service. Just notify us of plan cancellation prior to the beginning of the month you wish to cancel.

How do you count messages?

Both messages sent to recipients and messages received from recipients count toward message limits.

How do you count recipients?

Recipients are counted based on the phone numbers that are included in Instant Census at any point during a month.

What if some recipients get shorter surveys than other recipients?

We bill customers based on the volume of messages sent to and received from individual recipients. This means you aren't charged more for recipients who answer fewer questions or messages in that month. For example, if in a given month you have 50 recipients who fall in the $1 tier and 50 who fall in the $3 tier, we will bill for those recipients based on their respective tiers at (50 * $1) + (50 * $3) = $200.
